okay, this is an interesting article. i've been reading about amphetamines and other drugs like ephedrine, pseudoephedrin, phenylephrin...think i spelled those right.

just trying to make sure i'm not screwing up when i'm not able to take a full dose of adderall by drinking extra caffein and a monster. i might actually not be screwing up so long as i keep it very controlled.

judging by this article, posted 3 years ago, taurine may be really good for you. i wonder though if it really does have any benefits in regards to liver damage. ...if maybe i could give some to my mom. it would cheer her up a bit, give her more energy and maybe prevent further liver damange. maybe even repair some of the damage already done.

Alcohol sales go through the roof at this time of year, as do those of supposed hangover cures. But the holy grail for revellers is a panacea that prevents damage in the first place.
