Mother Of Six Plus Eight: 6+8 = 14 CHILDREN

it's none of my business why a mother of 6 (two which have been reported to be disabled) would want yet another invitro child (or whatever it is she did), but when you find out you have more than one fertilized egg you have a choice to remove the excess embryos. she decided not to make that choice.

now, i'm truly sorry about this, but it's not exactly natural to stimulate ones sexual organs to produce eggs "god" clearly did not intend you to so why is it that the rest of society then has to clean up or help you maintain your error in judgment. what if the woman herself is a little mentally challenged and not exactly making appropriate decisions? what if she's unfit to care for those children?
back in the day a woman could have 12, 14 or even 17 kids and no one would bat an eye. of course, that was a woman producing farm hands or generating income for the future. my grandmother had 8 children. i love huge families, but i'm unable to have children myself. i've never taken medication and have never tried invitro, but even i, and i'm desperate for a child, would never decide to have twins, triplets or quadruplets if i had the choice because i don't have the kind of money i need to care for more than one at this time. i certainly wouldn't take the chance of having 8 babies.

now we're hearing everyone complaining about the woman receiving some sort of federal aid for her children already. well, if she's got disabled or mentally challenged kids she would be. usually in the form of social security. if she has no job she probably also gets paid to care for those two that are disabled. i feel so bad for her in a way because the media and the public are tearing her to shreds and i wouldn’t want my privacy taken from me. we all know that it's not her that's going to suffer in the long run. this amount of attention will be traumatizing to her 6 kids and that's the real tear jerker there.

personally i would never wish that "no company helps out this lady" as commenter @lilmizmoor on CNN put it. with all of this attention someone will surely give her something and it's all we can hope for despite all of the ugly and jealous remarks people are making (i didn't mean you mizmoor). better some hollywood company or star give them deals, money or their 15 min's plus a book deal. maybe that will help keep them out of our pockets.

after this little debacle though we really should do something about the ethical decisions hindering us as a society to make the right choices for everyone as a whole. i say, have an unnatural pregnancy and be subject to limitations where your financial situation and marital situation is taken into consideration with no more than 2-4 embryos allowed. come on, i mean how natural is it to have quadruplets anyway? these used to be rare cases! it's not a common thing to have twins, triplets or quadruplets.

in my opinion if you have an unnatural pregnancy check your religion at the speculum.
